We offer both New and Refurbished devices.

  • Grading: For refurbished items, we utilise a four-tier cosmetic grading system: Premium, Excellent, Good, and Fair.
  • Battery Health: All refurbished devices are guaranteed to have a minimum battery capacity of 80% at the time of sale, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the product description.
  • Representations: We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

Section 3 - Orders And Returns

  • Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.
  • Returns: Purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy. Customers have a 30-day window from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
  • Personal Use: You represent that your purchases are for personal use only and not for commercial resale.

Section 4 - Prices And Billing (VAT Margin Scheme)

  • Currency: All prices are set in GBP (£).
  • VAT Margin Scheme: FOXPHONES operates under the VAT Margin Scheme for second-hand goods. While the price you see is the final price, VAT is not separately itemized, and VAT cannot be reclaimed by business customers.
  • Accuracy: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases.

Section 5 - Shipping And Delivery

  • Couriers: We prioritise secure transit using DPD Next Day or Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1PM.
  • Estimates: Delivery typically takes 1-2 working days, but these are estimates only and not guaranteed.
  • Reporting Damage: Any damage caused during transit must be reported to us at nefixinternational@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

Section 6 - Fraud Prevention & Security

  • IMEI Recording: Every device sold has its unique IMEI and Serial Number recorded in our database.
  • Verification: If a returned device does not match the IMEI/Serial Number recorded for that specific order, the return will be rejected and the device returned to you at your expense.
  • iCloud/Security Locks: All returned devices must have "Find My iPhone" (iCloud Lock) disabled and all passcodes removed. We cannot process refunds or repairs for devices that remain locked.

Section 7 - Third-Party Finance

We offer payment via Klarna and Clearpay. By using these tools, you are entering into a separate legal agreement with those providers. We are not liable for any issues arising from your relationship with these third-party finance providers.

Section 8 - Intellectual Property

Our Services, including all trademarks, the FOXPHONES logo, text, and images (including our unique "Fox Mask" photography), are owned by Nefix International Ltd and are protected by intellectual property laws. You must not reproduce or use our materials without prior written consent.

Section 9 - Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent provided by law, Nefix International Ltd (trading as FOXPHONES) shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, or incidental damages of any kind, including lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of any of the Services or products procured.
