At FOXPHONES, we understand that when you order a device, you want it delivered quickly and safely. That is why we exclusively use the UK's most reliable premium couriers to ensure your tech arrives in perfect condition.
Our Shipping Methods
We prioritise speed and security for every order. We currently utilise the following services:
- DPD Next Day: Fully tracked delivery with a one-hour time slot provided on the day of delivery.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1PM: Guaranteed next-day delivery by 1:00 PM, requiring a signature for maximum security.
Our working days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Delivery Times & Dispatch
- Dispatch Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 hours of payment clearance, Monday to Friday.
- Estimated Arrival: Most customers receive their devices within 1-2 working days.
- Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 3PM will be prioritised for same-day dispatch.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been handed over to the courier, you will receive an automated email or SMS containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your parcel's journey in real-time.
Shipping Security
- Signatures Required: To prevent theft or loss, all our deliveries require a signature upon arrival.
- Transit Damage: In the unlikely event that your package arrives damaged, please report this to us at nefixinternational@gmail.com within 48 hours with photographic evidence of the packaging and the device.
Delivery Locations
We currently deliver to all residential and business addresses within the United Kingdom. At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside of the UK.
