30-Day Return Guarantee

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to return an item for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your device must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at nefixinternational@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with the necessary return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Mandatory Security Requirements

To protect against fraudulent activity and ensure a smooth refund process, the following conditions must be met:

  • iCloud & Passcode Locks: All "Find My iPhone" (iCloud) locks and personal passcodes must be removed before returning the device. We cannot process refunds for locked devices.
  • IMEI Verification: Every device sold by FOXPHONES has its unique IMEI and Serial Number recorded. We will verify that the returned device matches our records before a refund is issued.
  • Data Removal: Please ensure all personal data is wiped from the device. FOXPHONES is not responsible for any personal data left on returned items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 working days.

Finance Purchases (Klarna & Clearpay)

If you purchased your device using Klarna or Clearpay, we will notify the provider once your refund is processed. Your agreement with them will be adjusted or cancelled accordingly. Please note that you remain responsible for any scheduled payments until the provider confirms the update.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your device arrives damaged or develops a technical fault within your 12-month warranty period, please contact us immediately. For transit damage, please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
